In a Galaxy at War campaign, weapons, vehicles and other equipment are requisitioned through a military quartermaster. Soldiers typically do not own their tools of war, and must be returned to the quartermaster at the conclusion of each operation.

In the Gear Requisiton system, the party will be given a lump sum of credits to spend on whatever they feel is appropiate to accomplish mission objectives. The amount of credits given to the party depends on the party's level, the highest ranking official among them, and occassionally, circumstantial factors. These credits are not literal currency, and cannot be used in any other way. Consider them a measure of the party's prestige, trust, and influence within the Rebel Alliance. You will have seperate budgets for personal equipment and starships.

This spreadsheet is a calculator to streamline the Gear Requisition process. The party's gear budget is a shared resource pool, so its best to collaborate on how its spent. Your "fair share" of the budget is displayed, but may be exceeded (hopefully with the permission of your comrades). The party's total requisition budgets cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. You have one budget for Starships and another for all other gear; these budgets can only be spent on their respective requisitions.
