1 | The prices reflected on the next sheets are collected by community members and do not reflect official pricing information from Salesforce.org. (We would prefer that they publish their own complete and transparent price list so that we would not have to gather and curate this information on our own.) |

3 | In addition, it should be noted that each organization has different needs and uses Salesforce in their own way. Product needs will differ, the kind of "deal" you might get from your Account Executive (AE) can vary based on your relationship and the other products you are purchasing, etc. You will need to negotiate independently with your AE. Keep in mind that AEs are salespeople, paid on commission, given aggressive sales targets, and often young professionals. While some are knowledgeable and helpful, others may not understand the unique needs of your organization or may seek to upsell you line items you won't be able to take full advantage of. So buyer beware! This document is a tool to help you get good value for your Salesforce spending, but it can never be a definitive price sheet. |

5 | In fact, since the information on this sheet comes from multiple community members, some of whose institutions may have been able to negotiate particularly good terms, we may be reflecting lower prices for some products than another organization will be offered. But that being said, your price shouldn't be wildly higher than what is here. Our goal is to reflect the baseline price that any organization can expect just by asking. If your organization can negotiate a better deal, great! |
