where can i get my comm code?how often do you update this queue?

you receive your comm code once your order is confirmed. you may find this during our initial discussion. should you forget said code, you can message or shoot me an email so i may resend it to you. i update this as frequently as possible or as soon as the commission status changes.

my commission status hasn't changed for a while. what's the progress?how can i make my order a priority? / what's a priority commission?

as I assume that you've read the Terms and Conditions prior to commissioning me, the commission time takes a minimum of 45 days, regardless of style. such time is dependent on various factors, such as my full-time jobs and my mental health, so i hope you understand. don't worry as i am working on the piece whenever i can and i update this as frequently as possible. rest assured that i'm doing my best to capture your vision. of course, you are welcome to message me anytime regarding more specific updates! commissions with the priority tag are pieces requested to be delivered/finished asap or on a specified date. take note that delivery dates/deadlines too close to the order date (i.e. 1-3 weeks apart) are subject to rush fees of an additional 30%-60%.
