Might be useful, and used when necessary because the list is not totaly complete. Finding this item should be difficult, only in last resort and with mandatory comments to be able to identify what vaccine was administered.
We should include this code, and make it a non-preferred code. We can do this by for example creating an invariant that says "if vaccinecode.coding=other, then the text must be filled". Riziv / INAMI Will propose the business rule.
