For Equipment, the "# of" field is for marking how many of a given item you have. The "Wt" is the total weight of the listed items. Anything listed under Weapons in terms of Weight does not need to be listed under Equipment. The left half of the "PSI | PTS:" field represents the Psi Stat, and is left at 0 by default due to the oddity of Psi Skills, as they aren't generally standard. The two right-side fields of it represent and are used to track Psi Points, those being the points used to activate Psi Skills.
