Alhamdulillah it's finally time to contact your Participants! Bismillah!

To streamline your approach with your Participants, we have developed a guide with all the tools and resources you will need. This document is here as a template and is for you to modifiy, change and use as you see fit.

In the next tab you will find the Contents Page, which sets out the different Tabs at the bottom of this document.

Tabs 3, 4, and 5 contain template messages you can use for making initial contact. At the top of these tabs you will find the link to the previous year's Institution Trackers which contain contact details for previous Participants, which might be helpful for filling out the Contact Details sheets in Tabs 6 - 9. After you have made initial contact remember to update these contact detail tabs with information for each institution as you go!

Tabs 10 - 16 contain a totals breakdown for participants across all countries which can be used as talking points during the initial phone call if deemed helpful.
