STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY (SOE) is a document that verifies the candidate has been admitted to Project PaCE, leading to certification. To qualify for an SOE, you must pass the required TExES content exam(s) for your certification area, complete 150-hours of pre-service coursework, and 30 Field Based Experience hours.
