About the Progress Tracker

Manual type your goals into the "Goal". For example, if your goal is to meditate "25 days" a month, then type "25" in the pink box next to that habit

Do NOT update the "Total Count" column. It will automatically count according to the number of check boxes you've ticked for that goal.

The titles of the goals will automatically be updated when you fill in the Habit Tracker. However, it pulls in all rows. Simply highlight a row, right click, and select "delete row" to remove any extraneous rows.
