These questions aim to deepen our awareness, strengthen our foundation, and support honest inner checking. The reflective questions will serve as personal journaling prompts throughout the retreat

11:45 AM - 12:30SPIRAL WRITINGParticipants will be divided into small groups and engage in spiral writing in silence. This reflective writing practice allows each soul to explore their connection & relationship with Baba in the context of their personal sadhana.
- No discussion during the writing process
- Each participant will write in their own notebook /sheet of paper
- Prompts may be offered or drawn from earlier reflective questions (like self directed commentary for remembrance /yoga.)
