Since the inception of the AI Sandbox/Think Tank by Fly, the primary goal has been to foster a collaborative environment for experimentation and in-depth intellectual exploration of Artificial Intelligence—a focus we continue to uphold today. This underscores that our deliverables are directly tied to the sessions we organize, such as the AI Sandbox (featuring AI tool exhibitions and project showcases) and the AI Think Tank (including open roundtable discussions, theoretical debates, and expert-led workshops). These activities, among others, form the core of our deliverables, with the majority of our efforts dedicated to organizing and preparing these sessions. so this is why a significant portion of the budget is allocated to administrative tasks.
