Who likes to eat fruit? What fruits do you like to eat? How do you eat bananas? (mime peeling a banana) What animals do you know like bananas?Print out outlines of fruits that should be different colours (apple, banana, plum, orange, strawberry, lychee, longan) and get the kids to colour them in. Cut out the fruits and use clothes pegs to peg to a line. Hang them up for all the kids to seeTeach sharing and taking turns by having a bowl of cut up fruit and getting the kids to sit in a circle. They pass the bowl around the circle, each time taking just one piece of fruit.

Sit around in a circle and get kids to introduce their toys, talk about what they eat, where they live and what they might do during the dayPrint out pictures of animals as babies and grown up. ClothesGo around the circle and discuss a particular item of clothing each child is wearing. e.g. what characters are on their t-shirts? Do their socks all match? Does anyone know how to do zips / buttons?Fill a bag with clothes including a sports outfit, a school uniform, a suit and a bathing suit. Get the kids to match the clothes to the scene (print out pictures of a sports field, school, office and beach)Distribute clothes and get the kids to put them on a big central stuffed toy.

ChristmasMake a big Santa in boxer shorts and remove all his clothes. Give an item of clothing to each kid (jacket, trousers, one boot each, one glove each, hat, belt and buttons if there are many kids) and get them to stick them back on SantaPass the parcel. If there are more than 5 kids have more than one parcel going around otherwise they get frustrated!

Chinese New YearPrint out little pictures of traditional Chinese New Year items (fire works, dragon dancing etc), put them in red packets and hang from a washing line. If the kids say 'gung hei fat choi' or 'san nin fai lok' the washing line gets lowered. Kids get to pick a packet and then discuss what's inside their packets.

Weather / seasons落大雨Online find pictures of summer (beach), winter (snow), autumn (falling leaves) and spring (sunshine). Get children's clothes to suit each season and put in a bag. During the game, talk about each scene, and then get the kids to pass the bag around, taking one item of clothing out. When each of the kids have an item of clothing, ask them what they have and get them to put it on the correct scene e.g. sunglasses on the beach scene.Get a giant bowl of raw rice and some empty bottles. Kids can put the rice in the bottles that when shaken, can mimic the rain sound. Use a big box or some pots and pans to mimic thunder sound. Now, hold up signs that say hot / cold / rain. When it is hot, mime sweating and fanning yourself. With cold, shiver and huddle together. When it's rain all the kids can shake their bottles and bang their pots / boxesDraw around leaves or place thin paper on top of leads and trace by rubbing a pencil on top.
