Brewed at double gravity and diluted. 1.25 lbs of grain sour mashed overnight (18 hours), added to main mash. 1 tsp gypsum in mash. Pitched Rick's starter, plus cultured dregs from Temptation, Sanctification, Cuvee Rene, and Orval.Base grains: 52% Pils, 9% AcidulatedOther Grains include: Acidulated, Crystal 10, Cara-Pils, and Honey Malt.
