What this template doesWeekly plan vs. general work plan
8
A weekly work plan is the operational layer under your project's work plan - it turns the phase-level view into this week's actual to-do list. The general Work Plan tracks a project phase by phase, over months. This template tracks one week, day by day.
9
Organises tasks by day, so the team knows what's due today versus later in the week.Use the general Work Plan for the full project view. Use this one for daily standups and this week's load.
10
Tracks owner, priority, and planned hours per task, not just status.Update this plan every morning. Update the general Work Plan once a week.
11
Works alongside the general Work Plan - the weekly plan is this week's slice, the Work Plan is the whole project.
