3 | What of the Eaters who reside by No Man's Cove, are they affected by the volcano? Are they physically able to stray from No Man's Cove, or are they bound to that part of the island? | For the Eaters, they try to stay away from the volcano as much as possible. No Man's Cove is more like a tropical lagoon sort of settlement like Tortuga (From Pirates of the Caribbean). It's a pirates/trading settlement. But as always, Eaters are very adaptive. They might have shorter fur, or thicker paw pads so that they can walk on hotter surfaces. They are also free to wander around. Just... not into an active lava flow. It's considered difficult terrain, so they can do it, it's just not going to be a stroll in the park! |
4 | How bendy or fragile are eater claws? | There's some folks who draw eater claws like regular digits so that they bend and can't grip things. And other people draw them more stiff and unbending like mole claws. It's up to preference really. |
5 | Most Stardragons have multiple gems on their bodies yet Stareaters do not. So can they not have faux gems to fool people from stealing their life gems? | No. Which makes them excellent targets for the shooters, due to their largely overall more docile nature, ability to adapt and survive on pretty much any food, and their singular life gem holding the entirety of their magic. They have flourished, but also become pretty good targets. |
6 | Do sloth eaters have slower metabolisms than normal eaters? | Seeing as they're bigger and can be pretty fast and are exceptionally strong, they likely have fairly high metabolisms and eat a fair bit in comparison to other stardragons. If anything, their laid back and napping nature is to try to help minimize their energy burning. |
