This tool is to help you walk through step by step in turning your Owner Profit Goals into a GPS / Growth Plans and 411s for you and your Leadership Team

When completed Steps 1 through 5 - Save this worksheet as "Save As" your MC name and Number 2023 Goals GPS 411

When you do a Save As - you can keep this original workbook in case you need to reload it and use it again.

This is set up to automatically insert your 1 Goal and 3 Priorities based on the work you did in Steps 1-5.

The Green boxes in the G and P's are the numbers transferred over from your 7 conversastions

Next step is to have your Leadership team work through the strategies. A minimum of 5 strategies for each priority is best. If you need to add more strategies - go ahead. I would suggest no more than 8 strategies though

Each priority is intended to be lead and driven buy each of your leaders.
