Instructions for adding Grant Applications

(1) Write the grant name and website to find more information about the grant on the day the application is dueAgriculture and Watersheds#fce5cd

(2) If there are multiple due dates you can write it on multiple dates. Just specify what is due. E.g. On March 30th write LOI for WCB Wildlife www.xxxx.org and then on April 30th write Application for WCB Wildlife www.xxxx.org

(3) Change the fill color to match the approprtiate category for the grant. See legend included on this pagePollinatory and Wildlife#d5a6bd

(4) Make sure to turn on text wrapping

(5) Make sure the text color is visble of the fill.

(6) For grants that dont have a due date and are ongoing, you can add them to the notes section in each month.*to change the fill color, select the fill icon (image copied to the right). Under custom select the plus sign and copy in the #letternumber combo in the Hex box
