Tasks to be taken care of

Bring Buddha Pooja offering items (Flowers, Candles, Gilanpasa, etc.) and arrange Buddha Pooja

Gilanpasa for teaching monk

Bring and arrange a small snack and a drink for the children.

Please feel free to swap your dates mutually. However, call the Dhamma School Coordinator for any

inconvenience. If you wish to opt out from the roster, please inform the Coordinator.)

Cups and plates for snacks and one toilet paper roll

Arrange Classrooms with the help of other parents BEFORE the Buddha Vandana

(Please arrange classes in the main building as well as the next door property)

After the classes:

Return all chairs and desks to the storage locations

Vacuum clean the buildings (including all rooms and main areas) *Store the vacuum in empty state

Mop the tiled area

Clear all Buddha Pooja items (you may leave the flowers in Vases with water resin)

Clean the kitchen area, Tidy up the cups and cutlery
27
Clean toilets, keep a new toilet role in the toilet

Clean the outside of the building using the blower/brooms

Collect lost items (kids bags, bottles) and leave them near the Printer

Switch all the lights/fans off, check windows and close the building when you leave
