3	Overview	Personal Libraries
4	Lore in A Tempting Fate is based around which libraries the player has access to. A library card must be bought for every library access the player wishes to have.	Alternatively, players may purchase books of lore to keep for their own personal collection. This allows the player to emulate having said lore for a downtime action however on event this does not carry over.

8	Once Master or in depth lore has been bought, the player must 'upkeep' these through downtime. This requires 10% per library with an in depth level learnt per IC year (3 months IRL)	A player with a personal library that contains more than 10 levels cumulative of lore must pay for the upkeep of their books unless they have a skill that allows them to do so themselves.

12	Libraries	Teaching
13	To access a certain library, a library card is needed. They all cost the same amount each although the library must be travelled to during downtime to learn anything. This becomes more complicated when the player is in another country.	If a player has a book on a subject, at least one level of the appropriate lore, and appropriate levels in teaching skills, the player may run classes on a subject in downtime to earn money or teach other players.

17	Certain houses gain free access to libraries, such as house Lanistek having access to their own personal library on subjects of magics.	Standard cost of the lore still applies for the students but they do not need to spend money or time travelling to the library or have a library card to access the information.
