Instructions:

1. Fill out the Category column by using the drop-down menu to select the category your item falls under.

2. Fill out the Product Name column with the name of the product.

3. Fill out the Product Code column with the code or number for the designated item.

4. Fill out the Par Level column with the amount of the item you need to have on hand at all times.

7. Fill out the Current Quantity On Hand column with the amount of the item you already have on hand in your inventory.

8. Fill out the Emergency Quantity with the additional amount of the item you need to order for emergencies.

9. Fill out the Event or Special Use Quantity column with the additional amount of the item you need for any events.

8. Calculate the Quantity to Order column by subtracting the curren quantity on hand from the par level and adding the emergency and event or special use quantities.

9. Use the Additional Notes column for any notes that you would like to include.

10. Repeat steps 1 - 9 for each additional item.

15. You can duplicate the sheet "Par Sheet Template Sample" to create a new sheet for each vendor your restaurant is ordering from.

NOTE: You can add more options for "Category" by right clicking one of the examples already listed and selecting the "Edit" button.
You'll then see an option for "Add another item," which allows you to add more category options.
Once you finish making your edits, you can select "Done."
