Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field preferred
Competencies/Personality Traits
Strong experience with PPC and social media ad platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Proven track record of successfully executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI, with experience across small and large budget clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads for media and creative insights and optimisations.
Outstanding communication skills, adept at conveying data, insights, and recommendations to various internal and external audiences through writing and presentation.
Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills - strong PPT and Excel skills.
A positive, solutions focused mindset.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects effectively.
A self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery, with ability to adapt quickly to feedback and business priorities.
Prior Experience
Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have.
3 years minimum operational experience across paid search and paid social campaigns (Essential)
Digital agency experience is essential ( Must be able to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines across Paid social and Search ads on a daily basis)
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field preferred
