To cultivate an anti-oppressive space, in line with the 8th Principle, “we covenant to affirm and promote journeying toward spiritual wholeness by working to build a diverse, multicultural Beloved Community by our actions that accountably dismantle racism and other forms of oppression in ourselves and our institutions.” We expect all members and guests to respect the safety and well-being of others, honoring differences in race, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, culture, class, spirituality, and religion. We expect that personal boundaries will be respected. For more information, visit bit.ly/YoungSoulsSpacesCovenant
