Hello! We here at Max Cash® would like to congratulate you on taking your first step towards financial freedom. This annual budget will keep track of all your income, expenses, savings, and debt payments. To the right is an example of the monthly spreadsheet. Each total will be automatically calulated when entered.

PRO TIP: Place all of our bills/fixed costs on the left section. These costs are fixed and don't change from month to month such as rent, car payments, or any type of subscriptions.

To the right is variable costs. These costs fluctuate month to month like groceries, utilities, fuel, and etc. You can also add in your own custom group to track.

In each section, enter the amount you budget for each catergory. At the end of the month, enter the actual amount spent. The spreadsheet will calculate the totals automatically.

In the bottom right is "Amount Remaining to Budget" and "Amount Left to Spend". The amount remaining are funds that have not yet been applied to your budget. Amount left to spend are funds that are calculated from the "actual" columns.
