Welcome to the Turing Wellness Challenge!

The Challenge starts on Monday, October 3rd, and it will end on Friday, November 11th

Directions:

1. Enter your name into the tracker under the tab for that week.

2. Make your own goals for sweat, nutrition, rest, and a personal wellness target that are just right for you! This is up to interpretation (see the example on the following tabs), but exercise should be at least 15 minutes.

3. Aim for a minimum of 8 points per week.

4. Enter your goal in the tracker next to your name.

5. Every day that you meet you do a wellness activity, you get a point for each goal (4 points if you meet all 4!). Also, this is on the honor system, so let's be honorable :)

6. Enter your points into the tracker.

7. Every person who meets his/her goal (or the person closest to meeting his/her goal) will be entered into a drawing for a special prize* each week. Prizes will be drawn at Wrap-Up on the following Monday

Everyone who meets 100% of their goals each week for the entire module will get a grand prize at the end of the module!
