3: Use the file linked above to identify the Keystone Details or Keystone Customs Item number and quantity desired, and email those item numbers and quantities to the emaisl address above.

4: We will respond to your request as quickly as we can, and will send two totals, one for the Friends and Family cost and one for the Goods and Services cost (added 4%). The total will include shipping, unless the item(s) are mailed in a regular envelope.

NOTE: We will wait 10 business days for a response. If no remittance is received, we will remove your order from the queue and notify you that if you still want the order, you must resubmit the form and file with a new date.

5: You will have the option to decline the order before we print, but we will expect a PayPal notification to confirm remittance, at which point your order will be placed in the print queue, see 5A.

5A: If for any reason the parts will not print to my satisfaction, we will reach out to you to decide if a refund is in order; or to decide if you can live with the parts, as printed.
