Use this spreadsheet to track your monthly expenses for shared food and house supply purchases.

Below are three input categories: Residents, Cource, and Reimbursed?. Please edit the Resident and Source list only in this instructions tab - it will automatically update in the monthly tabs.

Each month, you'll want to duplicate the monthly tab to create a new tab for the current month. Thus, over time this spreadsheet will have lots of tabs for each month.

The monthly tabs provide a tool for tracking monthly expenses, reimbursements for residents, and managing a monthly budget.
