User Acceptance Testing Checklist
3
There are many variables that must be considered when performing a user acceptance test (UAT). Make sure that the UAT team is prepared to execute test cases using the UAT checklist on sheet 2 and decrease the number of mistakes.
4
The following checklist's purpose is to ensure that the appropriate steps have been taken to execute a user acceptance test (UAT), to wrap up the process and ensure proper documentation has been completed. Simply choose "Yes, No or N/A" as it applies to the UAT process in the organization.

The criteria listed below may not apply to all organizations, however, if a column contains a "No" answer, it should be revisited.
