Prospect for Care plan.		Client did not fill out Website Project Questions but I went ahead and sent a Proposal since I was pretty clear on what she wants. Her site is on a proprietory CMS. It is not responsive, store is quirky (people can't select size and color when ordering t-shirts, poor layout, etc). No lead capture, etc. Pretty certain she will join a Care Plan, so I really want her as a client (she is very organized). I'm sure she would want to capitalize on Black Friday and Christmas sales, so I need to remember to ping her and remind her those big sales holidays are coming up. Last I pinged her, she said she was too busy getting ready for some special events.YY

Hard to complete Sitemap as client keeps sending tasks for her current website. Maybe you can help with edits for her current site? I know I can triple her income. First I must see if she is willing to invest in a new site. Unfortunately, I did not follow the correct process with her. Since she is already a Care Plan client, I committed to a SiteMap without a Proposal. So when we meet next Thursday, she will see a SiteMap AND a Proposal. Crazy, huh? She told me her last webmaster built her site in four days, so she may reject my proposal's timeline, as I will propose she launch in phases: (a) new look (b) new store (c) online courses (d) lead capture. She told me to do her Online Course ASAP. Lol. If the redesign launches and I triple her sales, it should be easy to get her to invest in a higher monthly Care Plan and also the Social Media and SEO Plan. I'm not ready to fire her yet. She may fire me. Ha. Let's see how it goes.		YY

Assign task.		He finished the Website Questions I asked him to complete. I now need to talk with him, then I send him a Proposal. So we are still in the Sales Process phase. He definitely wants me to redesign his site, so it should not be an issue. I just want to stick to the process with him (and all other clients). He owns three daycare centers and understands the value of investing in marketing, so we should be able to get him on a Plan pretty easily once his new site launches. He just wants it to work well on mobile and have a lot of social integration. Very simple. Content is already on his current site.YY

I need to list services (e.g., WEB DESIGN) and give Packages (Brochure Site, E-commerce Site, etc). I do not have LOGO DESIGN as a service anywhere. My site really needs help. YY

Meeting is set bi-weekly		Site was rebuilt on their Staging Server using Beaver Builder in half a day. Met with client yesterday and client likes it but wants to run it by her bosses. I am available for any changes she has to make, then I will launch it. The only note is that the images on this site needs to be optimized, and I need to see if it passes the ManageWP Performance Test and pingdom test. I definitely need to addt his client to the EDUCATE/NUTURE SALES FUNNEL. They recently declined a proposal due to budget issues on their end, and they want to invest next year instead. So during that time, I want to continue positioning myself as an expert.Y
