WP5D5.1D9CLP DO-learnCLP DO_learn will provide a single entry platform for all the DOMANI curricula (M23). It integrates solutions for blended learning, elearning multimedia modules and 6 course clusters that will be comprehensively supported by a variety of interactive e-learning tools, reading, audiovisuals, case study collections. DO_learn will function as a platform integrating e-learning solutions deployed by partners, and provide easy access to syllabi as well as teaching and learning materials. DO_learn will be launched by an online workshop (M23). It will be integrated in the website, with English interface, course contents in English, Mongolian and Ukrainian; It will contain links to courses worth ECTS 91; each course entry includes syllabus (in English), course presentation (in English and possibly on a national language), teaching and learning materials (English or national language).

New equipment (or retrofitting of existing ICT solutions) to support ICT developments will be introduced by M28. The courses (Syllabi and Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) will be reviewed by EU partners and external experts by M30. Syllabi are available, evaluated and accredited. Each students should take at least 5 ECTS microcredits, therefore at least 400 worth of credits will be piloted and 80 micocredentials certificates will be issued.

UNICT (P2) will lead the development and maintenance of CLP DO_learn, with their rich experience in developing e-learning platforms and content, supported by NUM. Each university will be developing their microcredential provision ecosystems (MPEs) in coordination with other partners. CSI (P4) will lead the tasks on capacity building components related to CLP DO_learn, such as online training and consultation for staff and ICT specialists (and later, in relation to this, online training in syllabus preparation for academic staff). The multistakeholder conference showcasing the results to the PC academic and praxis community will be held at NUM by M35.

The courses will be integrated through the overall framework of the project that includes policy, organisational, mentoring, and learning offer development. WP6D6.5D15Plan for sustainabilityThe task force will produces the sustainability plan encompassing the range of activities during the project lifetime to ensure the post-project sustainability of project deliverables (draft version - M12). The business plan will suggest the strategy and activities for DOMANI to function after the end of the project. It will be completed by M32, although its earlier version will be the basis for developing the project’s microcredentials ecosystem and business outreach activities.

The sustainability and business plan will ensure the following key points are addressed:
•Continued dissemination of outcomes, initiatives, and best practices to targeted audiences.
•Enhancing the visibility of results to key actors, stakeholders, and target groups who can implement/scale them.
•Raising awareness about teaching excellence and development tools among both academic and non-academic communities.
•Influencing policies and facilitating advanced training practices at higher education institutions.
•Effectively transferring project outcomes to institutional and national decision-makers for sustainable support and promotion.
•Ensuring long-term exploitation and application of project results.
•Guaranteeing the continuous implementation of project procedures and activities beyond the funding period.

In order to achieve this by the end of the project, it is necessary for the partners to priorize the following activities:
• All the training needs shall be identified and addressed in a timely manner\;
• Promising early career researchers need to be involved to training activities;
• The procedures and arrangements developed during the project need to be institutionalized whenever possible, so the commitment would be clearly defined and recorded;
• All the curricula developed or updated should be duly accredited;
• All the equipment purchases should be double checked and discussed to make sure that the best available and the most relevant (to the current situation) items are purchased;
• Any organizational developments and recurrent events needs to be integrated to the existing institutional routines as much as possible, to make sure that they are properly budgeted;
• Industrial partners need to be provided clear incentives to engage with the academia, as well as the opportunities to discuss such incentives;
• The national HE competent bodies, NAQ and MNCEA, need to be involved in the discussions on the acceptability of new developments (in particular challenge-based modules).

The maintenance and development of these DOMANI results after the end of the project will be discussed in the DOMANI business plan (M32). The business plan will carefully consider the newest developments with partner organisations, in PCs, as well as globally, and suggest the strategy for making the most of the project legacy within the 5 year period after the end of the project.

The dedicated sustainability and business plan will be the basis of and logical foundation for the development of the microcredentials ecosystems to ensure the post-project sustainability of the project results. Specific business and policy engagements will take place to ensure market needs are understood, met, and fulfilled. The dedicated mentorship process will also fuel the need for sustaining the microcredentials systems, and vice versa.

The plan will be reviewed and approved by all partners (and the project allows time for multiple iterations between M12 and M32, and partners will contribute with individual commitments by the end of the project, on top of the general commitments to sustainability of results.

WP4D4.1D8Regulatory proposals enabling microcredential provision to competent HE authorities in MN and UAElectronic format, Mongolian and Ukrainian languages; 4-6 pages of each proposal
document, including suggested ammendments and explanatory notes

Regulatory proposals include information on how the microcredentials developed will be integrated in the academic offer and recognised by the higher education institutions.

For this purpose, we use the examples of Estonia and Italy. A microdegree can be created as follows:
1) The university has the necessary subjects or the possibility to create new subjects
2) The university has or wants to create a study information system, where programs are entered and students are registered, and finally also the issuing of certificates
3) National legislation supports this and serves as quality control

In order to integrate microcredential in the academical offer, within and around the university, it is necessary to create:

- Learning information system (IT system) where micro-degrees are registered and certificates can be issued
- The university has study subjects and a micro degree is put together on their basis.
- Procedure document for micro-degrees
- Mentoring programs for supporting students and life-long learners.
- National policy framework to support integration microcredential offering
