Accounting for the Damned

Our previous skeletal accountant, Jonathon Zeralph Skeletonious, was sanctified by the Paladins of the West.

This leaves our undead army in need of proper financial organization.

Fortunately, I hear you were a royal accountant in life so I have assigned this great task to you.

I need you to process our transactions for the month so I can take stock of our assets and be properly represented at the Necromancers N7 Summit.

-Read the incoming Transaction on the Transactions page

-Determine if it is an Acquisition, Sale, or Loss

-Acquisitions are when we buy things and will usually have an item and a number purchased

-Update the Item Exchange page with the item and number acquired, and the Monetary Exchange page with the negative amount of gold spent

-If an Acquisition is from looting or thieving we enter the monetary exchange as 0

-Sales are when we liquidate some of our assets for funding and should have an item and number sold

-Update the Item Exchange page with the negative number of items sold and the Monetary Exchange page with the amount of gold gained

-Losses are when our equipment is used up or destroyed and should have an item and number lost

-Update the Losses page with the item, number, and total monetary value lost

-Use the Price Sheet to determine all item values for Acquisitions, Sales, and Losses, but make sure to factor in any special circumstances in the transaction if applicable

-Make sure to update the categorized inventory sheets with changes to the number of assets we have

-Sign off on all transactions when completed with your initials

-Once all the transactions are completed, you will enter the new total value of our equipment
