2		CARNEGIE HALL GROUP CONTACT ROSTER
3		- Submit 1 roster per group. - This list should include ONLY individuals who are available for the show, and whose presence is NEEDED at the tech rehearsal and/or in performance. - Your performer list should include NO MORE THAN 18 PERFORMERS AND 1 PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBER, IF NEEDED. - Your performer list should include EXACTLY 2 PRIMARY CONTACTS (listed at the top of your roster) who will be responsible for receiving and dissiminating communications from the event organizers. - Your performer list may include UP TO 2 UNDERSTUDIES. These individuals will only be invited to attend if designated Performers drop out of the trip. We hope, but cannot guarantee, that additional seats on the bus may be available so more of your group members can cheer you on and enjoy the trip! Do not include these names on your roster. We will collect these names at a later date, as space is available. If space is tight, extra spots may be distributed through a lottery system. Make a copy of this sheet in order to edit, and submit via email to platthouse@pobox.upenn.edu by the end of the day on Monday, September 15th.
