Click on program name below and you will be directed to the program's uniform order form.All Programs: Uniform shirts must be embroidered with name & logo. School appropriate undershirts may be worn under uniform topsAll Programs: Pants must be worn at waistline and hemmed to not drag on floor. Pants must be purchased through the programs uniform provider (Cintas or Superior Uniform)All Programs: All shoes must be non-slip and closed toe and closed heel. All Programs:Students are to remain in uniform all day. Hooded sweatshirts are not allowed. Specified sweatshirts (Purchased through program uniform provider) may be worn over uniform shirt for some programs. See your program's specific order form for additional optional clothing.
