I pray that this repository can be used as a tool to help SN professionals pursue a career, pass exams, and enhance skill-sets in niche areas!

I want to start by saying that this is your journey, and your journey is PERSONAL. Do NOT compare your journey or timeline to anyone else's.
You are your ONLY opponent. In a world filled with adversity and turmoil, stay focused on what matters to you the most. Create daily routines,
schedules, strategies, and techniques to ensure discipline and consistency REMAIN the most important part of your day-to-day. Be open to
FRIENDLY competition, networking across, congratulating your peers in the ecosystem, and remember to always pay it forward. Always
be open to sharing your resources and/or story with others. You never know who you're inspiring!

Mini Story Time (Yanna):
I have a professional background as an Integrated Supply Chain Admin, Specialist & Analyst for a Fortune500 company. I helped saved this
company over $500,000 in less than 6 months by implementing data governance strategies to improve data visibility, which streamlined logistics
and supply chain operations, bolstered visibility and collaboration, and ultimately drove overall business success. In doing so, I became the star
candidate for Supply Chain Consultancy, mostly listed as an 'Infor Consultant'. As a hands-on innovator of solutions, who thrives in diverse,
high-volume environments, I find passion in data governance and development. With that being said, I have chose the following niche areas:

- SPM
- HRSD
- GRC
- ITOM

Although, ITIL, ITSM, & CMDB are popular and important, the ServiceNow ecosystem is currently in HIGH DEMAND for niche area skill sets. Now is great time to set
yourself apart from the competition, and pick a demanding area to THRIVE in. To be transparent, I have been facing many challenges pertaining to my personal life,
involving my family. My lack of ability to hone in on my goals while facing adversity has caused me to fail my CSA exam twice now, TWICE!!! But I REFUSE to give up and lose
focus on the end goal. I am truly praying that this testament drives you to keep thriving and getting up after every fall, because there's always a lesson present. This lesson
taught me to slow down, be patient, and focus on mastering the ServiceNow platform. I had to remain confident in my KNOWING that God makes no mistakes. I was rushing
to enter an industry I've never stepped foot in, just like a delusional person filled with passion (lol). Not because I'm crazy, but because I KNOW who I AM and what I'm capable of.
And with that passion and knowing, I will continue to pursue and accomplish my goals while sharing my journey and resources with those who have the power to accomplish
their goals as well. My only wish is that you learn from my mistakes by setting your pace, taking necessary breaks, giving yourself grace, remaining consistent, eating a
healthy diet, staying hydrated, getting a proper amount of rest, and celebrating small wins. Be sure to set your intentions daily, write down your goals, create a
roadmap to execute your plans, and stay connected to the ServiceNow community to establish accountability partners and study groups.

- Update Resume Bullets to reflect needed experience for desired role with Key Words
- Set SMART goals
- Answer Interview Questions with SMART method
- Navigate PDI to study platform
- Reflect on transferrable skills and tie them into desired role
- Ask Copilot or ChatGPT questions pertaining to ServiceNow
