Submission of Research Proposal College Research Coordinators3rd week of December (for January Colloquium)

3rd week of May (for June Colloquium)		 College research coordinators shall first evaluate the proposal submitted by the faculty members Accomplished Research Capsule Proposal

Recommendation of the Proposal by the Dean College Dean 1 week The Deans of Colleges shall likewise evaluate and approve the proposals indorsed by the college coordinators Research Proposal

Acceptance of the Proposal by the Research and Development Center Research Director 1 week The Research Director reviews and evaluates, the proposal and indorses the same to the VPRES for approval to present in the Colloquium VPRES Approval

Conduct of Research Proposal ColloquiumResearch Colloquium Committee / Research Evaluation Committee1 monthThe R & D Center determines the panel of evaluators who will review the proposals based on the areas of specialization and prepared the venue, and other logistics for the conduct of colloquiumApproved Research Capsule Proposal

The R & D Center submits the capsule proposals to the panel of evaluators one week before the actual colloquium Presentation of capsule proposals in the research colloquium

Revise of Capsule ProposalsResearcher/Faculty Members2 weeksThe R & D shall follow up the revised proposals of the researchers through the reasearch coordinators and submit the same for issuance of appointmentsRevised Capsule Proposal

Issue Research AppointmentsR & D Center/VPRES3 daysThe R & D Staff prepares the appointment, and indorse it by the R & D Director to the VPRES for approval Approved Research Capsule Proposal

 Incorporation of comments and suggestions made by forum evaluators into the research manuscriptsResearchers 1-2 weeksResearchers shall prepare and submit final copies of their paper to the Research Center updated version of the manuscript (suggestions comments/recommendations fo the panel members were incorporated)

Request for payment of part time pay for research output Research Director and staff 1 week/ upon submission of edited manuscripts The Research Director shall indorse request for payment of part time pay for the researches presented in the forum to the Office of the VPRES Indorsement letter; copies of full manuscripts

 Research Conference Issuance of Complimentary Letter for qualified researches Research Director 1 day The Research Director shall issue a complimentary letter to researchers whose paper passed the required rating to be qualified for presentation in the Research Conference Complimentary Letter

 Evaluation of the manuscripts Research Director and staff and External evaluators 1 week External evaluators shall review the manuscripts one week before the actual conference 5 copies of the manuscripts or depending on the number of evaluators

 Awards Payment/Giving of certificates Research Director, VPRES1 week Awards are given outright to the winners during the closing ceremony Certificates

Journal PublicationSubmission of final full manuscripts Researchers1 monthResearchers shall submit 2 hard and soft copies of final full manuscripts to the Research Center2 hard and soft copies of full manuscript of research paper
