In the second row, put your letter grade followed by the number of credits.

The specific formatting (e.g. "B+/4") does not matter, as long as you have the letter grade first and the number of credits last.

Indicate major classes with either an asterisk (*) or a caret (^). This feature is nice for double majors, but if you only have one major, use one.

If you (by some off-chance) have crosslisted courses that happen to coincide with both of your majors, you can use both (*) and (^) as shown in D4.
