1One lot of R410a Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning system c/w wall mounted and ceiling ducted type of fan coil units, draining trays connected to nearest floor trap, outdoor condensing unit, vibration isolator, wireless remote control for all fan coil units, receiver thermostats, support, bracket and associated accessories etc., as per drawings / specifications.

11Complete submission of shop drawings, catalogues specifications, field test reports, warranty, O&M manuals and as built drawings (including as built drawings, submission to be submitted to Authorities). (As built drawing and O&M manual – 5 sets, hard and soft copies) $ 5,000.00

12To provide penetration drawings for Consultants and Owner showing the location of pipe penetration, cable, trunking, conduit routing and structural openings size/location (other than the shop drawings) to be submitted within two weeks upon tender awarded for superstructure work. $ 3,000.00

13To paint all equipment, piping/ducting, fittings, valves hangers with proper annotation, ring marker, labeling and arrow signs etc., as per tender specifications. $ 4,500.00

14Testing and commissioning of the whole system, fresh air & exhaust air balancing calibrations, all units off-coil & on-coil temperature readings report, static calculation, in compliance with NEA requirements including making necessary submission and inspection arrangement with authorities and submission for Temporary Occupancy Permit. $ 6,500.00

15To engage registered noise specialist/consultant published on NEA’s website for noise testing of condenser units and mechanical ventilation fans noise reading measurements & reports, liaising with noise consultants for documents preparation and endorsement in compliance with NEA requirements including making necessary submission $ 4,500.00

16Complete attendance, all necessary arrangement for TOP & CSC inspection and liaison with Register Inspectors and Authorities for inspection of the completed system and all associated and incidentals works. $ 4,500.00
