Mapping The Buyers Journey Workbook
Use this workbook to help you map out the journey your customers take from the moment they realize they have a problem, to the point of sale.
The main focus of this exercise is to understand the buyers pain points and needs, but also to help you create content that actually converts readers into revenue. In order to do that effectively, we need to do the following things:

1. Understand the stages someone goes through to buy from you.
2. Anticipate the pain points, thoughts and concerns they would have at each stage.
3. Create content that answers those questions and concerns with authority and trust, using TAYA framework.
4. Ensure that content is curated in a way that is fool proof and easy to follow.

We must always be leading the buyer somewhere important. We are their trusted guide.
