This Center is owned and maintained by the Brooke County Public Libraries. We strive to make sure that

items are kept updated. But sometimes it is hard to get new items and/or to know what is still active or not.

Use the information contained within this document for a starting reference point to know what we might have

here on-site, including additional links and information that might help when finding out if a place is still active.

This is a read only list. If you do note incorrect info, let the Library Director know and it will be updated as soon

Many WV State Parks & Forest Brochures are Old. Including older WVTourism Brochures. But are great starting points.

Rotating Racks are kept in alphabetical order.

Panhandle Rack Contains Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, and Marshal County Materials, including official Maps

Acrylic Displays Often Contain Time Sensitive Materials as well as Specialized Displays

If a year has an X by it, it means that it roughly is when the publication was aquired for the Visitors Center

or when the Library Director knew at least it was here (may be much older).

Not Stocking = either they are no longer in print and/or we do have the ability to order in bulk

Known Closures of Old Brochures are brochures that we had until 2022, but were pulled and recycled as

the facility was known to be closed.
