You may drop off items in the main office with a note saying it is for Cross Country, or drop items off at practice the day before, or drop items at the bus before we depart, or bring items to the meet (preferred)

Food ideas: granola bars, bananas, animal crackers, pretzels, mini bagels, PBJ sandwiches fixings if the meet runs long or over meal times...

Drink ideas: the team brings a jug of water, so no bottled water please. gatorade/poweraid, juice boxes, ... coolers with ice are convenient for transporting & keeping drinks cool.
