Team 4Sherry & Lisa Both groups tap into individual minds to share the "wealth". "We are better together." Both focus on collaboration to improve student learning. A true PLC is structured with a purpose such as using data to monitor student progress, and a PLN has a broader scope and may involve members outside of the school district. The PLN is more informal (ad hoc) and meets a variety of needs for the educator.
