**"in politics" refers to political parties, elected and appointed positions as well as policy making.
*** the indicators to each of the results are either quantitative (%) or qualitative (examples of). The quantitative indicators will primarily be followed up by yearly self-assessment questionnaires developed by external evaluators. Examples verifying the qualitative indicators can be given by the participants themselves, or through observations done by facilitators and evaluators or by any other stakeholder (e.g. mother parties). Since PYPA is a gender mainstreamed program, all the quantitative indicators will be gender disaggregated.
