Since most passengers complete a RT cruise, the est. riders based on boat operator data (D) is equivalent to the riders/leg divided by3 legs to obtain an estimate on the number of "unduplicated" (assuming customers purchased 1 ticket per season) riders as best can be determined per the data.
22	Season passes as noted as 1 purchase under ticket sales. Since customers may take as many HOHO cruises as desired, ticket sales are lower than passenger count. That said, it unclear if season passes explain the large discrepancy between ticket sales and est. riders per boat operator data.
