Attribution: The Colorado Climate Action Plan Database shares a very similar methodology to the Calfornia Climate Action Databased, which was created and is maintained by Professors Michael R. Boswell, Ph.D. and Adrienne Greve, Ph.D. of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Their data is available for use under a Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Changes were made.
