1) Essential agreements, success criteriaThe mentor and students will co-construct the essential agreements for the group to function properly and timely completion of the tasks.

The students and mentors will co-construct the PYP exhibition success criteria. Here the students will define what would a successful exhibition for them look like.
Student and MentorThis sheet as discussed earlier is to be used as a part of the first meeting to document the essential agreements.
Students own up the day and set their goals and actual begin working with the end in their mind. This also helps students to be self motivated and showcase example of student agency.

2) MOM/ Distribution of workThis sheet will be used to discuss minutes of meeting. List every task that needs to be discussed/done, by whom, and by when - with date and time. Student/Mentor(to assign tasks/HW)Focus on Social Skills & Self management skills

Locate,access and use of information
Central Idea, Key and Related Concepts
- My question: Under this header, the students will write all the inquiry questions coming to their mind. The students will then bifurcate the inquiry questions into close ended questions (factual questions) and open ended questions (conceptual questions).
- Close ended questions: After bifurcating the students will copy the close ended (factual questions) under this header.
- Open ended questions: After bifurcating, the students will copy the open ended (conceptual questions) under this header. From these open ended questions, now the students will identify the top 3 to 4 relevant and broad questions. The identified questions' cell will be filled with green color. They can also combine questions here.
- Lines of Inquiry: The highlighted questions will be converted into two to four lines of inquiry and they will be recorded under this header.
- Key concepts: This header is consist of the Key concepts corresponding to the three LOIs
- Related Concepts : Under this header the related concepts will be recorded.
- Central idea, Students will create their own central idea, with guidance from mentors keeping all the above in mind. They will use the checklist added in the mentee toolbox for creating the CI.


- Locate, access and use of information - The students have to write the various sources from which they can source the information. They need to paste write the links in secondary sources post skimming and scanning. Also if they are using any books, the name of the book and the author will be written under secondary sources The list of the probable people they can interview under the primary sources header.

-The students will paste the link of the document created by them. This document will consist of the notes and summary of the notes post reading the content of the relevant sources. While note taking, the students will also copy paste the link of relevant source under the header academic integrity.

StudentThe mentor has the overview of the kind of questions formed initially as well as the scope of research done. This particular sheet works as one stop shop for the all the documents used for recording information. The mentor needs to review the sheet from time to time

4) Synthesis-Here the students will paste link of the documents/videos/ graphic organizers etc. which are part of their synthesis.

Students will also conclude their research in 100-150 words collating the data collected.
StudentThe mentor has the overview of the scope of research and action taken. This particular sheet works as one stop shop for the all the documents used for recording information and synthesis of the same.

5) ReflectionThis sheet works as a feedback sheet as well as reflection of the inquiry process.Student and mentorIt serves as a reflection sheet for inquiry which has to be filled by both the mentor and the students as per their experiences, after the PYP exhibition.

6) TIC and mentor anecdotes/FAHere the mentors and teachers can maintain anecdotes on continuous basis and share feedback with the students and set goals for them to work upon. After the exhibition the mentor is expected to write a conclusion overall comment in 5-6 sentences, the timeline for completing the overall comment will be informed to the mentors.
Please note: Mentors and TIC to lock this sheet and give rights only to the TIC

The details of the FA taken also need to be mentioned in this sheet. If oral FA is taken prompts and students' understanding to be written, if graphic organizer etc link to the template and student work to be added here with viewing rights.
Mentor and TICIt will help if you write ongoing anecdotes so while doing the conclusion, overall comments, you can refer to the same.

The FA section will help TIC understand what FA's have been done and how students have performed.
