MondayNovember 103:30-5:50Meet @ Pool WindowsOpening Day @ Spidahl's: Hiking/Running option. Bonfire. Snacks and Beverages! Meet @ Pool windows. Shuttle bus leaves from door B at 3:35. Be dressed and ready to go.A shuttle bus will be available to ride out and back. If you drive yourself, you need to drive alone (with the exception of siblings). This is an important school liability rule, and violators will be asked to ride the bus. Don't forget to get in the habit of checking the weather in the morning and bringing workout gear appropriate for the session and weather. Most days, practice will be outside. Bring a treat/snack to share around the fire. Bring your own mug. Coaches will provide hot chocolate and hot cider. Workout Option: Bring classic ski poles. No poles? No problem. Feel free to bring poles to my office.

TuesdayNovember 113:45-5:15Meet @ REC Team RoomWarm-ups, Small Group WorkoutsFor all workouts this week, plan for a variety of workouts. Lifting, roller skiing, running, bounding... Bring good shoes, water bottle, layered clothes to help transition between indoor and outdoor work, ski boots, poles, roller skis, helmets, & protective gear like gloves and/or knee pads... If you rented roller skis, please bring those back for check-in.

WednesdayNovember 123:45-5:15Meet @ REC Team RoomWarm-ups, Small Group WorkoutsWednesday practices are OPTIONAL for middle school athletes. We'll be renting skis during practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. Priority given to 1st year skiers, middle school, and those with financial considerations. Don't forget to bring $$ for rentals. Checks made out to OTNSA preferred. See team handbook for detail.

SaturdayNovember 15Homework: Based on your percieved fitness level, complete a 30 min. to 1 hour aerobic activity. Your choice. Jog? Bike? Roller Ski? Pole hike?... Low, L2 intensity.

SundayNovember 16Rest DayRest days are an essential piece to any disciplined athelte's training. No working out on rest days.
