Academic Teams (Spell Bowl, Quiz Bowl, Super Bowl) CoordinatorsRaymond ColglazierHomestead participates in three different academic competitions each year. Spell Bowl is in the fall and is a team spelling event where participants write the spelling of selected words on paper. Quiz Bowl is in the winter and is a "buzzer" style team game answering a variety of topics/current events. Super Bowl is in the spring and is a team game with teams for each category in Math, Science, English, Fine Arts, and Social Studies.

There are no grade level requirements, and this club is open to any student. This is a voluntary club, so nothing will be required of participants, beyond the completion of a permission slip/parental consent form.
