Find New Stores

Determine new store distribution by comparing the unique stores where at least one of your products has registered a sale or been distributed to in the selected period against another time period of your choice.

1. Visit your Harmonized Distributor Sales or Retailer Sales dashboard.

2. Set the date filter to your preferred selected period and refresh the dashboard. Examples: the most recent complete month, the current quarter, the current year.

3. Export the "Stores" tile data (Table tab).

4. Set the date filter to the time period you'd like to compare against and refresh the dashboard. Examples: the previous quarter, the previous year, all time.

5. Export the "Stores" tile data.

1. Paste the selected period "Stores" tile data into the respective worksheet and columns.

2. Paste the compared period "Stores" tile data into the same worksheet and respective columns.

3. In the "Selected Period" column set, the stores highlighted in yellow will be net new stores (new stores distributed to/or registered a sale in the selected period that were not in the compared period).

4. In the "Compared Period" column set, the stores highlighted in yellow represent stores that were distributed to/registered a sale in the compared period, but not in the selected period.
