Can reward on any binding datapoint. Deep integrations with ATS allow company to create challenges based on candidate, location of job, type of job, where the job is being sent through socially. System also allows to create hidden challenges upon unlocking certain milestones and/or leveraging certain features. Whilst earlier versions of GooodJob's employee referral solution offered a gamification module, it was soon apparent that for larger companies (over 500 employees) it was a nightmare for them to manage from a fulfillment perspective.
The challenge surrounding employee referrals is regarding engagement and participation of employees.
