A few hints from template creator Crystal Hunt from the creativeacademyforwriters.com and strategicauthorpreneur.com:
*THIS TEMPLATE IS MADE TO WORK IN GOOGLE SHEETS. If you download it to your desktop and open in excel or numbers, it may break some of the formulas and formatting. We recommend working with it as a google sheet.
*If you're going to poke around on your own and just wing it without the video tour, make an extra copy of the sheet first so that you can just hit the big reset button if something gets mucked up.
*If you click in a box and you see a formula in the URL bar (something with lots of stars and brackets and numbers and some code-like text like =SUM(B34:B567) back away slowly. If there's a formula in that cell it means it is telling you that it will automagically calculate stuff for you. I tried to put most of those in really bright colours so it'd be obvious. If it's a BRIGHT COLOUR DO NO EDIT THAT CELL!
*Use only what you need, and go ahead and make it your own!
*You can totally re-order the tabs along the bottom based on which ones you use most and want to see at the "top" of your spreadsheet stack.

If you click on the FILE tab in the Google Sheets Menu, you should have the option to save a copy to your own google drive or download it to your computer.

I cast a wee spell to ensure the template was protected from all you keeners who would like to just dive right in with the customizing. Once you download/duplicate it, that'll break the spell and you'll be able to customize to your heart's content. Be sure to change the filename to YOUR Promo or Launch plan!
