This sheet is used for the sole purpose of creating costings for Jacinto & Lirio's own products. Browse through the sheets to see the different products Jacinto & Lirio provides.

PROCEDURES

1. For new product, duplicate the FORMAT sheet then rename it as the name of the new product.

2. It is IMPORTANT to fill in the required details on the upper left table AND to insert the IMAGE of the item

3. Only fill in the cells that are EMPTY. DO NOT change nor edit the formulas.

4. Input the quantity of the product to be made in Cell F18. There are notes in some cells for you to know what to put

5. To find the cost for manufacturing the product, refer to the PRODUCT TEAM COSTING gsheet then apply the function =IMPORTRANGE("link","'name of sheet'!cellnumber") on cell F20. You must do the import range for new manufacturing costs including the date of costing

6. WH TOP COAT or WH raw Material Coat rows can be removed IF and ONLY IF they are not part of the product

7. IF they are included in the product, use the upper right hand table on the sheet to provide the required length of the WH. It will automatically calculate the price for the WH of 1 product. MAKE SURE TO ADD 1" ON ALL SIDES FOR EXTRA ALLOWANCE

8. Choose either LOGO EMBOSS or LOGO ENGRAVE for the product then remove the other as only one type is needed for the inclusion of the company logo

9. Refer to Corporate Catalog for the item code

1. All Marikina MLC & Malabon production prices given by Mr. Neco or Ms. Anne are non vat

2. For Marikina - LT, same price regardless of quantity

3. If quantity if 1k and above, default value chain and delivery will be Php 1.00

4. For hyacinth consumption, if exterior is all hyacinth you can combine front and back if one cutting lang since whole outside is hyacinth. Combine front and back size including estimated spine size then add 1" cutting and folding allowance around
