Logistics:
1. Arriving early rather than late is a good idea.
2. Take 5 mins to warm up to minimise injury!
3. Captains aim to give everyone the chance to lift; we'll prioritise who did their warm ups first 😎
4. Captains will leave after 15minutes if no one shows up.
